Dealing With Foreclosure

Dealing with foreclosure isn't the easiest thing in the world, but more and more people are facing it with the recession and the credit crunch. Although it's the last thing you want, banks look to reduce their exposure to bad debts, even if they have insurance to cover these many times over. I hope I never have to face that situation.
