Time To Replace My Laptop?

My laptop is slowly grinding to a halt. I know I'm going to have to sort it out soon, but I've been procrastinating. In fact, sometimes I think I would rather buy a new laptop than fix this one up. It's not just wiping and reloading the OS, but all the other essentials I need. It's about finding all the passwords I've stored for everything and serial numbers. In short, it's a pain. Better to buy a new one and transfer stuff at leisure.
