Wine Clubs

Have you ever looked into joining wine clubs? One of our national papers in the UK used to run one. It's a great chance to try different wines and to buy cases of wine at a good price. We've discovered some great wines as a result, and it's even more rewarding for connoisseurs. What's your favourite wine? I'm leading towards Zinfandel types at the moment.
